Arjen Silta – A Low-Threshold Community Space for Everyday Well-being
A Place for Everyday Support
Arjen Silta is an open, low-threshold community meeting place created by Mielen Silta ry to support everyday well-being, connection, and resilience in family life. The project offers a safe and welcoming space where individuals and families can come together, slow down, talk, learn, and receive gentle support for daily challenges.
Understanding Modern Family Life
Modern family life can be demanding. Parents often navigate newborn realities such as exhaustion, emotional overload, changing identities, and limited support networks. At the same time, couple relationships may experience increased tension, misunderstandings, or conflict as responsibilities grow and stress accumulates.
Arjen Silta recognises these realities and responds to them with understanding, not judgment.
